New Role Focuses on Product Training and Customer Education The Vollrath Company has appointed Andrew Cronau as corporate chef and product training manager. In the position, Cronau will lead product training initiatives and support Vollrath University while working with internal teams and culinary professionals nationwide. Cronau previously served as a sales account manager at Vollrath, where he built customer relationships and drove strategic growth. Before joining the company, he held positions in sales management, kitchen management, and as a sous chef. "Andrew's extensive industry knowledge and leadership make him an excellent addition to our team," said Christina Wegner, vice president of marketing at Vollrath. "His Vollrath product expertise, reputation for delivering engaging training, and ability to connect our solutions to real-world kitchen applications will continue to elevate our education and customer experiences across the organization." Cronau will train and support customers, dealers, distributors, and sales teams for both Vollrath Foodservice and Stoelting Foodservice, both headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. "I'm thrilled to continue my career journey at Vollrath and further contribute to a company with such a legacy of quality and innovation," Cronau said.

Why It Matters

Foodservice equipment manufacturers rely heavily on dealer and end-user training to differentiate their products and drive adoption. Elevating training capabilities signals Vollrath's commitment to customer education as a competitive advantage in a crowded kitchenware market.
