True Caliber has expanded its refrigeration lineup with a new 36-inch Dual Zone Wine Column designed for wine collectors, entertainers, and hospitality venues seeking premium storage solutions. The unit holds 179 bottles and features independent dual-zone temperature control with digital precision down to the degree, allowing operators to store whites and reds simultaneously at their optimal serving and maturation temperatures. Temperature ranges from 40°F to 65°F across the two zones.

Design and Materials Constructed from 300-series stainless steel throughout, the column is handcrafted in the U.S. and includes fifteen full-extension soft-close racks with unfinished cherry fronts to minimize vibrations that could disturb wine sediment. The unit features low-E, double-pane, UV-tinted glass doors to protect collections from harmful light exposure. Interior TruLumina LED lighting offers fourteen ambient color options. Hinges are solid stainless steel and designed to open at 120°, backed by testing of one million door cycles.

Customization Options Through True Caliber's Build Your True program, the 36-inch model offers 96 finish and hardware combinations. Available colors include 2026 Color of the Year Espresso, Matte Black, Olive, Champagne, Stainless Steel, Gloss Black, Ultra Matte Black, Emerald, Cobalt, Matte White, Antique White, Juniper, Sage, Saffron, and Bluestone. Hardware options include Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Pewter, Gold, Chrome, and distinctive walnut handles with metallic accents. Custom color-matching is available for bespoke aesthetics. The column can be installed standalone or integrated into multi-unit displays using True Caliber's joining kits, which allow grouping multiple columns beneath a unified grill. Both right and left-hinged configurations are available.

Industry Application Chelsea Bothe, Brand & Marketing Manager at True Caliber, said: "At True Caliber, we believe a wine collection deserves to be stored with the same care and intention that went into curating it. The new 36" Dual Zone Wine Column pairs precision preservation with generous display capacity, transforming wine storage into a refined architectural feature that elevates the wine experience and the space around it." The unit comes with a 3-year full parts and labor warranty and is positioned for both residential design integration and front-of-house hospitality environments seeking a premium storage solution that doubles as a visual focal point.

Why It Matters

For restaurant and hospitality operators, wine storage solutions that combine display appeal with precise temperature management are increasingly important as by-the-glass and curated wine programs become standard revenue streams. A commercial-grade unit that integrates seamlessly into high-end dining rooms addresses both operational and aesthetic demands without requiring separate back-of-house and front-of-house systems.
