Red's All Natural Enters Frozen Snacking with Kroger Rollout
Red's All Natural launches Snackers, a line of frozen mini breakfast burritos and biscuit sandwiches, now available at Kroger stores across 16 states.
Red's All Natural is expanding beyond its core burrito business with the launch of Snackers, a new frozen snack line hitting Kroger shelves nationwide this month. The product line marks the brand's first entry into frozen snacking and includes four high-protein breakfast options: Chicken Maple Sausage Burrito (8g protein), Egg & Cheese Burrito (7g protein), Chicken Maple Sausage Biscuits (6g protein), and Savory Sausage Biscuits (5g protein). Additional varieties are planned for later this year. Each item is made with antibiotic-free meat, cage-free eggs, and no artificial ingredients or preservatives—aligning with Red's existing ingredient standards. The products are designed for quick preparation in an air fryer or microwave. "We co-developed Snackers with Kroger to deliver easy mealtime wins for fast-moving families," said Emily Drews, VP of National Accounts at Red's All Natural. "Super simple, delicious ingredients your kids will love, and nutrition and protein parents will feel good about." Founded in 2009, Red's All Natural positions itself as the #1 premium burrito and breakfast sandwich brand. The frozen snacking category has grown as consumers seek convenient, protein-forward options across multiple eating occasions. Industry observers note that frozen food makers increasingly target snack-sized formats to reach both family and on-the-go consumption patterns. **Why It Matters:** The move signals how established frozen food brands are diversifying product formats to capture additional consumption occasions. As frozen category penetration continues to expand, operators should monitor whether competitors launch competing snack-sized breakfast formats and how retail partners respond to new SKU development in premium frozen segments.
